No. Engine-specific adapters connect to the intake and exhaust side of the circuit, and the controller cycles the valve and turbo through their full range of motion while cleaner is delivered. No disassembly.

Shop air and Diesel Pro USA EGR and induction cleaner. That's it.

Yes. Following the use of the EGR and Induction System Cleaner, an oil change is required. Add Oil System Cleaner before the change, circulate roughly 15 minutes, and drain with the used oil.
